In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and psl88. By completing the account registration process, clicking "I agree," or by accessing or using any feature of the Platform, you conclusively demonstrate your acceptance of these Terms.
2.2 These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and psl88.
2.3 psl88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.4 Where any conflict exists between these general Terms & Conditions and any specific terms applicable to an individual promotion or game, the specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion or game only.
3.1 To be eligible to register and use the psl88 Platform, you must:

3.3 Employees of psl88, its holding companies, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, software providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Ezugi), and any entity involved in operating or providing services to the Platform are prohibited from holding player accounts and participating in real-money gaming activities on the Platform.
4.1 Single Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
4.2 Registration Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address where applicable. Provision of false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You agree to notify psl88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. psl88 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
4.4 KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, psl88 shall require verification of your identity and age. Standard KYC documentation includes:
4.5 psl88 may request enhanced due diligence documentation for accounts with transaction volumes or patterns that warrant additional scrutiny under our anti-money laundering obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with such requests. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4.6 Account Confidentiality: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, or used by, any other person. You may not allow any third party to access your Account on your behalf.
5.1 The minimum deposit amount on the psl88 Platform is PKR 100 across all accepted payment methods, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment option.
5.2 psl88 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer (IBFT), UBL bank transfer (IBFT), Allied Bank (IBFT), Meezan Bank (IBFT), SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Specific deposit limits and processing times for each method are detailed on the Deposits page within your Account.
5.3 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and will be returned to the originating source. Third-party deposits may trigger an account review under our anti-money laundering policy.
5.4 psl88 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may charge fees for certain transaction types — psl88 accepts no responsibility for any such charges.
5.5 psl88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit if there are reasonable grounds to believe the deposit is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
5.6 Deposited funds are held in segregated player accounts, separate from psl88's operational funds, providing an additional layer of protection for player balances.
6.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 100. Withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are as follows:
6.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your psl88 Account. Withdrawal to a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
6.3 KYC Prerequisite: Full KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts that have not completed KYC may deposit and play but may not withdraw until verification is satisfactorily completed.
6.4 psl88 reserves the right to request supplementary documentation before processing withdrawals above PKR 50,000 in a single transaction or PKR 200,000 in aggregate within any 30-day rolling period.
6.5 psl88 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, network fees for USDT TRC20 withdrawals are borne by the Player and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
6.6 Withdrawals from Bonus Balance are not permitted until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Only the Real Money Balance portion is freely withdrawable, subject to the minimum amount and KYC requirements above.
6.7 In the event that a player has received a bonus and requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement, psl88 reserves the right to deduct any unmet bonus amount from the withdrawal proceeds prior to processing.
7.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional credits offered by psl88 are subject to the specific terms and conditions displayed on each promotion page, in addition to these general Terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires total wagers of PKR 30,000 across eligible games before withdrawal.
7.3 Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games typically contribute at a lower rate than RNG slots. The contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Playing a game that contributes 0% towards wagering requirements while a bonus is active does not forfeit the bonus but does not reduce the remaining wagering requirement.
7.4 Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have a validity period from the date of crediting. Bonuses and associated winnings that remain unconverted at the expiry date will be forfeited without notice. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus validity periods within the Account dashboard.
7.5 psl88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to void any bets placed using bonus funds if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to:
7.6 Bonuses are offered exclusively to players accessing the Platform for genuine entertainment purposes. psl88 reserves the right to exclude any Player from promotional eligibility at its sole discretion.
8.1 All sports bets placed on the psl88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and bet type, as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
8.2 Bet Acceptance: psl88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to where: the bet exceeds maximum stake limits; there is evidence of match fixing or spot fixing; the odds were published in error; or the Player is attempting to exploit a pricing error.
8.3 In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to platform availability. Once a live bet is confirmed on-screen, it is binding. psl88 accepts no responsibility for connectivity issues resulting in missed live betting opportunities.
8.4 Cricket Betting — PSL Specific: All PSL and international cricket betting markets are offered in good faith based on publicly available fixture schedules. psl88 reserves the right to suspend or void PSL markets in the event of schedule changes, match abandonment, or decisions by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) affecting match outcomes.
8.5 Minimum/Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sports markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may be adjusted at psl88's discretion, including the application of lower maximum limits to individual accounts where justified by betting patterns.
8.6 Winnings from settled bets are credited to the Player's Real Money Balance within 30 minutes of official result confirmation, subject to the psl88 settlement process.
9.1 All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games offered on the psl88 Platform utilise certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing agencies. The RNG outcome cannot be influenced by any party, including psl88.
9.2 The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel. RTPs are calculated theoretically over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee specific returns within any individual session.
9.3 Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are operated by third-party live casino providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi) and are subject to the rules of those providers in addition to psl88's general terms. In the event of a technical failure during a live dealer game hand or round, the hand/round will be voided and stakes returned.
9.4 Game Malfunction: In the event of a malfunction or technical error in any casino game — whether RNG or live — psl88 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the Players' accounts. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.
9.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino games and are displayed within the game interface before play commences. Players are responsible for verifying applicable limits before placing bets.
10.1 psl88 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, in addition to any available legal remedies:
10.2 psl88 employs sophisticated anti-fraud and anti-money laundering monitoring systems that review transaction patterns, betting behaviour, device fingerprinting, and IP geolocation continuously. Accounts flagged by these systems may be subject to temporary holds pending manual review.
10.3 In accordance with our international gaming licence obligations, psl88 is required to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities. Cooperation with such reporting obligations does not breach any duty of confidentiality to the Player.
11.1 psl88 is committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal harm, psl88 provides the following tools accessible via the Mine dashboard:
11.2 All responsible gaming tools take effect immediately upon activation. Downward adjustments to limits (e.g., reducing a deposit limit) are effective immediately; upward adjustments (e.g., increasing a deposit limit) are subject to a 7-day cooling period before taking effect.

12.2 Personal data collected by psl88 includes registration information, KYC documents, transaction records, betting history, device information, and communication records. This data is used for account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
12.3 psl88 does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers who are contractually bound to confidentiality obligations and with regulatory authorities where required by our licence obligations.
13.1 All content on the psl88 Platform — including but not limited to the psl88 logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and proprietary tools — is the intellectual property of psl88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
13.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the psl88 Platform without the prior written consent of psl88.
13.3 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, psl88 shall not be liable for:
14.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. psl88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds, or the fitness of any game for any particular purpose.
15.1 psl88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
15.2 Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, psl88 reserves the right to retain any balance in the Account as liquidated damages, in proportion to the losses psl88 has suffered as a result of the breach.
15.3 Where an Account is closed by psl88 for reasons unrelated to a Player's breach (e.g., regulatory withdrawal from a market), psl88 will return the Real Money Balance to the Player via the most recent verified payment method.
15.4 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be paid out subject to KYC compliance and these Terms. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon voluntary closure.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which psl88 holds its international gaming licence.
16.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, psl88 encourages Players to contact our customer support team at [email protected] in the first instance. The vast majority of disputes are resolved amicably through direct communication.
16.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the Player may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution authority designated by psl88's licensing jurisdiction. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on request.
16.4 psl88's decision regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the outcome of any game, or the settlement of any bet is final, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above.
17.1 psl88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the Platform or by communication to the registered contact details associated with your Account, with a minimum of 14 days' notice prior to the change taking effect, except where urgent changes are required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
17.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw your Real Money Balance before the effective date of the change.
17.3 The current version of these Terms & Conditions, with the effective date displayed at the top of this document, supersedes all prior versions.
